Applications

The cable consists of six loose tubes (or more tubes, depending on fiber core requirement) stranded around the metal central strength member, HDPE extruded as inner sheath, then coated corrugated steel tape longitudinally folded, and HDPE extruded as outer sheath to form corrugated steel tape armoring. The loose tube is made of good temperature property material. The required number of fibers (singlemode or multimode) will then be extruded into the loose tubes with suitable excess length and tube filled with moisture-proof compound. This cable is designed for outdoor transmission lines in core network, for example, junction communication systems.
