Designed to aid in the testing of Fiber Optic Cables when using an OTDR, the OTDR Launch Cable Box is used to help minimize the effects of the OTDR's dead zone, enabling loss measurement on the first and last connections of a fiber under test.
Applications
Available in Singlemode and Multimode. Highly configurable, with wide selection of fiber connectors for quick connection to most OTDR and patch panel fiber ports.
Increase the lifespan of OTDR connectors by reducing number of matings.
Ruggedized, water and dust-proof solution allowing the unit to be used in almost any environment.
Box design can house up to 2,000 metres of fiber.
Auto purge valve to accommodate changes in altitude and temperature.
